Returns: To qualify for an exchange, jewelry must be unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Final Sale Items
Certain products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged:

Custom and Personalized Jewelry (including items with birthstones, initials, lettering, or numbers) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
