Tessories Return Policy

Tessories will provide customers with a exchange on regular priced jewelry.  Products must be returned with proof of purchase, jewelry returned must be unworn and returned within 7 days of receiving product.  Jewelry and merchandise must be in original packaging and condition.

Products that are special order, custom or personalized are not eligible for refunds, and are final sale.

• Tessories offers exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase
• Custom and personalized products including birthstones, initials, lettering or numbers are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or returned for a store credit
• Gift Cards purchased cannot be refunded
• Customers outside of Canada will be responsible for shipping charges for returned product as well as shipping on your new order

ALL product orders are inspected prior to being shipped out to our clients this ensures that every piece is in perfect condition, we check all clasps, and bails making sure that they are pristine. This provides peace of mind and your order will be ready to wear as soon as you receive it.
